Where is Luft located?
We are located at 212 St Georges Road, North Fitzroy 3068, Victoria, Australia.
What are your store opening hours?
We are open from 10am – 6pm Saturday to Wednesday, and from 10am – 7pm Thursdays and Fridays.
How do I place an order?
You can order from www.luft.com.au 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is a fast, easy, and seamless process. Simply add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, click checkout and follow the prompts, or use PayPal’s express checkout option. Once you have completed your order, we will begin to process it and get it sent to you as soon as we can.

It is always a little easier to be able to speak with some one who can answer all your questions and guarantee that your order is processed seamlessly.

Can I have my item gift-wrapped?
Luft is happy to offer complimentary gift-wrapping on any items you purchase. You are welcome to leave a short message in the notes section before clicking check out and we will attach a small Luft gift tag to your gift.
What are my payment options?
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
If you have a Luft gift voucher, this can also be used for payment at the checkout.
What are your delivery options and how much do they cost?
Our standard Australian shipping rate is $10.00, excluding bulky items.
Free shipping for purchases over $150 Australia wide, excluding bulky items.
Items marked as ‘bulky item’ incur additional costs, calculated online based on weight, size and shipping destination. Once calculated, shipping charges will be added to checkout before processing.
No shipping fees apply if you elect to pick up your item from our Melbourne store.
Does Luft ship internationally?
Please note that not all products can be shipped internationally. Please contact us at email@example.com for product shipping restrictions and to obtain a shipping quote.
Please note for international shipments, foreign taxes and customs duties may be outstanding before your order is cleared by customs. Luft is not responsible for any fees incurred nor are we able to provide you with an estimate of these costs. Contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties in your region.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. All items will be sent by regular post so please allow another 2-5 business days for domestic parcels to arrive, and 8-12 business days for international parcels.
Will I be able to track my order?
You will be sent tracking information once your item has been dispatched. If you have any questions, or are having trouble tracking your order, do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I have my item sent to another address?
Yes, when you place your order you can choose to have it shipped to a different address to that of your billing address. If you are posting the item as a gift to some one, the invoice won’t be sent to them, it will be sent to the billing address.

What if the items I received are damaged or incorrect?

I have an online gift card but wish to use it in store, what should I do?
If you wish to change your online gift card to an in store one, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 03 9489 0891 and we will be happy to assist in completing this process for you.
Please note, you cannot split your gift card amount between both online and in store.
